TRAINING COSTS CHARGES TO THE WORKER
The contribution analyzes the hypothesis of chargeable to the worker for the training costs incurred by the company, when the worker himself has resigned in conjunction with the conclusion of the training period (with consequent acquisition of the relative “personal” certification) and the employer has not, in fact, had the opportunity to actually benefit from the performance of the worker thus “trained”.
