CO-OWNERSHIP AND NETWORK CONTRACT
The Court of Cassation, with sentence no. 18135 of June 24, 2021, has returned to deal with the hypothesis of the so-called “Co-ownership”, a case that occurs when there are several employers who are recipients of the work performed by the individual worker. This contribution analyzes the requirements developed by the jurisprudence to identify this hypothesis in practice, with a look also to the business network contract.
